Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future Welcomes National CORE as Newest Member

April 24, 2025 — Washington, D.C. — Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF), a national collaborative of leading nonprofit affordable housing developers, is proud to welcome National CORE (National Community Renaissance) as its newest member. This addition strengthens SAHF’s collective capacity to advance affordable housing solutions, improve resident outcomes and build sustainable communities across the country.
SAHF advances policies and practices that create affordable homes connected to opportunities and choices for residents and communities by learning from the on the ground experience of its members. SAHF members have a proven track record of delivering financially responsible affordable housing that encompasses resident voice and community choice.

Grounded in the real-world experience of its members, SAHF champions financially responsible, resident-centered housing solutions that foster community well-being and long-term stability.
