SAHF urges HUD to uphold the Fair Housing Act's Disparate Impact Standard

SAHF has submitted comments alongside industry partners urging HUD to withdraw a proposed rule removing the Fair Housing Act's disparate impact regulations. The regulations help to address housing discrimination; their removal would undermine the guidance and enforcement which exists to ensure that protected classes do not experience structural discrimination under the purview of HUD.
