SAHF Signs onto Letter Proposing Recommendations to FHFA "Duty to Serve" Rule Change

SAHF has signed onto a letter with the Underserved Mortgage Markets Coalition (UMMC) proposing several recommendations to a proposed FHFA rule change regarding its "Duty to Serve" regulation. If adopted, the new rule would significantly shift the approach of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in serving low and moderate-income families across underserved markets.
