SAHF Signs onto Comment Letter Requesting Changes to BABA

In response to a Request for Information from HUD regarding the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, SAHF has joined 89 other organizations seeking modifications to BABA implementation. The letter includes requests to stay BABA requirements for manufactured products during the RFI process, updates to FAQs guidance, as well as new guidance on a variety of issues.
