Data and Analytics Manager
Nicole Manchester is the data and analytics manager at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF). Nicole manages the data collection, analysis, and data visualization efforts for various initiatives and projects at SAHF, including the Resident Outcomes Initiative. Nicole also leads SAHF's involvement in the Chapin Hall Collaborative.
Prior to joining SAHF, Nicole was a program analyst at a large child welfare organization, JCCA, where she worked on data analysis, database management, and outcome evaluations. She also brings public policy experience from her work with the District of Columbia Council.
Nicole holds a B.A. in Government from the College of William & Mary and a Master's degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a concentration in Policy Analysis from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
