SAHF’s members provide healthy and affordable homes to over 160,500 households, and around 250,000 residents in over 2,000 properties across 49 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. They are committed to working with residents and communities to create long-term affordability in homes that are healthy, sustainable and connected to the things we all need to thrive. As mission-driven nonprofits, SAHF members are long-term partners with residents and communities and continually reinvest in the homes they create and the communities and people they serve.
