Three SAHF Members Receive 2018 AHF Readers' Choice Awards

At last evening’s Affordable Housing Finance (AHF) Live awards ceremony, three SAHF members received 2018 AHF Readers’ Choice Awards for family, urban, and green affordable multifamily housing communities. While all three properties recognized utilize different forms of partnerships, financing, resident services, and sustainability mechanisms, they all serve as strong examples of how homes provided by high-capacity mission-driven housing providers are able to make a difference for individuals, communities, and our country.

In recognition of their members' award-winning projects, SAHF leaders took this opportunity to write about how these exemplary efforts are rooted in a common mission to provide healthy and affordable homes that expand opportunity and promote dignity for residents.
