Our Team
Nicole Manchester manages the data collection, analysis, visualization and research efforts for various initiatives and projects at SAHF, including the Resident Outcomes Initiative.
Prior to joining SAHF, Nicole was a program analyst at a large child welfare organization, JCCA, where she worked on data analysis, database management, and outcome evaluations. She also brings public policy experience from her work with the District of Columbia Council.
Nicole holds a B.A. in Government from the College of William & Mary and a Master's degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a concentration in Policy Analysis from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
