Our Team
Jeremiah Chamberlin serves as Manager of Housing Policy at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF), a collaborative of 13 nonprofit affordable housing developers that own, operate, and manage more than 160,000 affordable rental homes across the country. In this role, he supports SAHF's federal policy agenda, working with policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders to preserve and expand affordable rental housing through practice-informed solutions.
Prior to joining SAHF, Jeremiah served as a contractor and financial advisor for HUD's Office of Recapitalization, supporting transactions through the RAD and PM2M programs. Previously, he supported AmeriCorps programs focused on residential disaster recovery following Hurricanes Sandy and Harvey, as well as data analytics and service model improvement for K-12 educational programming.
Jeremiah holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Princeton's School of Public and International Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from Clark University.
