SAHF’s mission is to lead policy innovation and advance excellence in the delivery of affordable rental homes that expand opportunity and promote dignity for residents. Driven by our commitment to our mission, we understand the importance of attracting and retaining quality experts and emerging leaders who are innovative and passionate about our vision.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our staff with challenging work that supports creativity, collaboration, and professional development. We offer a competitive benefits package and a flexible work environment.

SAHF is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and encourages all candidates, especially those who have been historically underrepresented based on race/ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender, socioeconomic status, citizenship status, or religion, to apply. On a daily basis, we are committed to our core values of Respect, Diversity and Inclusion, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Integrity. We do this through a culture of continued learning on racial equity, meeting weekly to talk about our work, offering opportunities for small groups to gather and talk about their experiences, and identifying a range of opportunities for collaborating on deliverables and professional development.
