Adam F. Cohen
Policy and Program Associate
Adam Cohen is the Policy and Program Associate for Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future, working with Congress, HUD, and other federal and state agencies to build support and remove barriers to the preservation and production of high-quality affordable rental housing. Additionally, he supports SAHF's peer working groups on real estate development, asset management, communications, data, and policy and assists in SAHF's efforts to collect and analyze property and resident services data from its members.
Prior to joining SAHF, Adam served as a Truman Fellow in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development where he worked on rural health policy and place-based initiatives.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
